Commercial locations receive Ground deliveries Monday through Friday, while Residential locations receive Ground deliveries (called Home Delivery) Tuesday through Saturday.
Our shopping cart allows you to choose an exact delivery date for each of your shipments, so for UPS Ground delivery, we need to know whether to offer Mondays or Saturdays as the fifth-possible delivery day in a given week. We cannot offer both options for any one recipient based on these UPS Ground delivery guidelines.
Some addresses require non-UPS delivery, i.e., FEDEX, USPS or some other courier. In these cases, we may offer both Monday and Saturday delivery options.
