Return PolicyHansen
accepts authorized returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase. A
15% restocking fee may apply for all Hanply, Brady, Rowmark and
Carsonite products. All returns are shipped at buyers expense. If an
order was not correctly filled please notify customer service within 15
days of the purchase.
Used machine consumables may not be returned unless authorized from Hansen Supply.
Partial Rowmark products are nonreturnable unless authorized from Hansen Supply.
All custom products are nonreturnable.
