Getting Started Collect information from your machine including the model number, serial number and a description of the problem. This will help us determine warranty status and designate the proper technician for your equipment.

Repair For customers that cannot be helped remotely our field service technicians are available to assist. In most cases warranty repairs cover travel, parts and repair time. In the event your machine is not under warranty an on-site visit can be purchased. Most smaller machine repairs such as Brady portable printers or Roland engravers are handled with a depot repair ticket. Please contact tech support to obtain a repair ticket and shipping information.
Training Hansen Supply offers onsite training and setup for most products. Give us a call to schedule training. If onsite visits are not possible we can also offer remote phone training or remote computer access to get you going. We often provide training days in our facility to get your team familiar with engraving, printing, lamination or other production related tasks.
