Shipping, Returns & Sales Tax
Orders placed before 1pm Pacific Time are processed and shipped the same business day. You can always expect superior processing and on-time delivery from Hansen Supply Company.
Hansen Supply reserves the right to adjust shipping rates quoted in the shopping cart to account for miscalculations and errors in the UPS rate calculation tool. These miscalculations occur do to oversize packaging and mismarking of residential addresses in the UPS system. Before the products are shipped Hansen Supply will contact the customer to discuss discrepancies in shipping charges.
Where does my product ship from?
Most products ship from the following Warehouses in WA, AZ, WI, OH and CA. Our ability to drop ship from any of our facilities means you get the product faster. Typical transit time is 3-4 days.
Free Shipping Policy Notes:
Free UPS Ground Shipping applies to most online orders over $450 excluding freight items and orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Items that ship for free are denoted on the product detail page. If a product is excluded from free shipping or needs to be shipped via motor freight a customer service rep. will contact you to discuss discounted shipping options. Free shipping applies to website pricing only. HansenSupply.com reserves the right to discontinue or adjust the free shipping qualifier at any time.
HansenSupply.com collects sales tax for customers within Washington state and Arizona State. To comply with the new Washington State sales tax law effective July 1, 2008 HansenSupply.com will not be able to provide an opportunity to enter a 4 digit zip code. All online orders will be charged the highest applicable tax rate for the shipping destination zip code. All sales tax will be remitted to the state. Hansen Supply does not charge sales tax to customers outside of Washington State or Arizona.

We will send a confirmation email notice to the billing party’s email address as soon as your order ships. A tracking number will be provided for all UPS shipments. Additionally, you may track your UPS shipments anytime simply by clicking on the track orders button in the my account section of HansenSupply.com. Orders shipped UPS freight or UPS commercial service may be available for tracking, but are not guaranteed.
Hansen accepts authorized returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all stock products unless specifically waived by a Hansen Supply representative. All returns are shipped at buyers expense. If an order was not correctly filled please notify customer service within 15 days of the purchase. Used machine consumables may not be returned unless authorized from Hansen Supply. Partial Rowmark products are nonreturnable unless authorized from Hansen Supply. All custom products and equipment which includes printers, laminators, engravers and the like are nonreturnable. Please contact customer service before returning items to receive an authorization number to help expedite the process. Customer service can be reached at (800)782-1235.
Note on equipment: Please be sure the equipment you are purchasing is the correct machine for your needs by contacting a Hansen Supply representative. All machine sales are final unless an authorized return is arranged through your sales representative.
