The laser engraving plastic from Rowmark is compatible with all engraving machines, eliminating the need for multiple sets of inventory. However, the reverse does not hold true for rotary engraving plastic. Rotary materials are manufactured with ABS material and is extremely toxic when burned by laser engravers; posing danger to the end user. Also, because rotary plastic often has a thicker top cap, it tends to melt when engraved with a laser. This process causes engravings to seem blurry or hazy. Need help choosing?
